NOTE: Any slideshows, videos, and graphics will need to be submitted to the AVL technician a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Acceptable formats are .MOV for video files, .JPG, .JPEG, or .PNG for photos, and .PPTX or .KEY for presentation files.
Other acceptable mediums for files can be given via email, or flash drive. We can not guarantee any DAY-OF requests of any kind will play/work through our system. You should be prepared if that is the case.
