Event: Art and Soul

Finding JOY is a spiritual practice!  Join us for 4 Wednesdays in May to make entries into an Art Journal.  This is a journal that uses images instead of or along with words.  We will draw, paint, collage and play in our visual journals.  Absolutely NO art experience or skill is required. We will use simple techniques and approach our journals with wild abandon!  The group will meet in the OWL room from 3 – 5 on Wednesdays May 8, 15, 22,29.  Bring a blank journal to work in.  The bigger the better – preferably one labelled for “mixed media”.  Or just bring blank sheets of computer paper!  If you have them, bring other art supplies; scissor, glue stick, markers, watercolor paints, magazines for collage.  But you can still join in the fun without any of these.  There will be supplies available.  This group will be facilitated by Penny Hackett-Evans.
