Will your event need tables? If so, how many? (We can fit 8 people per round table.) Currently we are able to deliver tables but are not able to provide set up or tear down. We ask that each space is left according to the setup information provided.

What are the exact times will you need A/V services? (30 minutes setup and 30 minutes teardown will be added to this time.)
WFBC A/V equipment must be operated by a person approved by our staff. If WFBC provides A/V service, the fee is $400 (up to 5.5 hrs) or $850 (over 5.5 hrs). This fee is charged per day.
*A/V staff (either WFBC staff or WFBC-approved A/V person) is required to be present for the entire duration of the use of the A/V equipment. See fee above for WFBC personnel.
