10 (wst) -- AUDIO/VIDEO TECHNICAL NEEDS : : What type of technical needs are required for your event? NOTE - DVD players are no longer available. We suggest using your laptop to play DVDs as needed.

NO A/V NEEDS EXIST -- this indicates there is no projection from a computer or dvd player and no necessary audio or microphone usage
BASIC A/V NEEDS EXIST -- this allows for use of a flat screen tv (approximately 50 inches) with an hdmi cable that can be connected to your laptop's hdmi port or your converter
ADVANCED A/V NEEDS EXIST -- this requires the use of microphones or audio output through the room's sound system, audio projection from a computer (onto a large screen in the room), and/or usage of the room's stage lighting system

15 (wst) -- PRE-VISITS : : Two 30-minute site visits are optional prior to your event during our normal hours (Mon-Thur 9-5pm) & must be requested now. Please list specific Day/Time preference for both. These aren't for setup purposes.
16 (wst) -- CAFE (kitchen) : : Would your group like to use the Cafe (no stove) to provide food (which must be prepared prior to arrival) and/or refreshments? Use of the Cafe is available at no cost but requires your group to wash all dishes used.
