Outside groups are responsible for the set-up and take-down of the room. The room should be left as it was found.

Kindly note that on Church holidays, the facilities are closed and as such, meeting space is not available on these dates.

Cannon Church is a Safe Sanctuary congregation; as such, NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION AT ANY TIME. Please note that all group leaders are required to undergo Safe Sanctuaries Training.

Programs for children under the age of 18 must abide by our "Two Adult Transparency Rule." Groups under 18 must be supervised by a minimum of two unrelated adults at all times. Meet only in reserved, designated areas with windows clear and doors open

If this is a booking for an ongoing reservation, it is important that we be informed of any dates within the reservation period that the space will not be required. This will allow us to accommodate other groups who have a need for meeting space.

Ongoing Reservations NEED TO BE RENEWED upon expiration by submitting a new request. Church staff WILL NOT automatically renew reservations on a yearly basis.

There is no running or rough play or play with balls in the meeting rooms; Cannon Church has several green spaces that are available to groups with existing reservations at the church to use. Please feel free to utilize these spaces as needed.
