Banquet Rounds |
Keep the stage up and screen down for the program; will need banquet rounds with chairs (8 per table) for 115 people (I believe that is 15 tables will do just about that), with navy table cloths. One table should have enough chairs for 9 people. There should also be four 6' tables on the left side (non-window side) of the gym for the catering meal, drinks, & dessert. The 6' tables should use the white church tablecloths. |
