1G130 / Youth Room Used for the VIP area with setup AFTER service on Wednesday night 4/15. - Drama will reorganize the existing silver cafe chairs and tables. - Drama will use the chairs that are already there to establish seating areas (and return them). - Drama will put up pipe and drape to block off the gaming areas. - Housekeeping: Need available High top tables to be set up near the back wall area. - Housekeeping: Need 2x 8' tables to be used for food along the wall with the sound booth & kitchen. - Houekeeping: Need 6 round tables (using the existing chairs already in the space). - Housekeeping: Need white table covers to all tables, 8 foot and round. Teardown: - Drama will handle removing all their items (pipe & drape, decorations, food, etc.) on Sa 4/18 between 3:30-5:30pm. - Housekeeping for Weekend Events will be able to clean and reset the rooms for Sunday services at 5:30pm on Sa 4/18. - Productiom and Worship Teams will be able to reset for Sunday services at 5:30pm on Sa 4/18.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES Servicio de limpieza: Se necesitan mesas altas disponibles cerca de la pared del fondo. Se necesitan dos mesas de 2,44 m para la comida junto a la pared, junto a la cabina de sonido y la cocina. Se necesitan seis mesas redondas (utilizando las sillas que ya hay en el espacio). Se necesitan manteles blancos para todas las mesas, tanto de 2,44 m como redondas. Desmontaje: - El equipo de teatro se encargará de retirar todos sus artículos (tubos, cortinas, decoraciones, comida, etc.) el sábado 17 de abril entre las 15:30 y las 17:30. - El servicio de limpieza para eventos de fin de semana podrá limpiar y reacondicionar los salones para los servicios dominicales a las 17:30 del sábado 17 de abril. - Los equipos de producción y adoración podrán reacondicionar los salones para los servicios dominicales a las 17:30 del sábado 17 de abril.
